Host Responsibilities
- Venue site selection and contracting. Guides are available for consultation on venue and local activity selection and are happy to provide suggestions based on their connections and experience.
- A pre-contract conversation between the guides and the venue F&B team is required.
- Guide lodging, meals and transportation expenses.
- All direct costs associated with the event. Such as hotel, F&B, AV, activities, printing of facilitation guides/material, etc.
- Pricing, marketing/promotion
- Registration
Guide Responsibities
- Full event facilitation

- Marketing and promotional consultation and provided multi-media promos if requested

Can the program be customized to include organization specific content?
Yes. The Core Elements are specifically designed for this.
Can we hire just one Guide?
No. The Leadership Leap is an immersive program drawing on the uniqueness and expertise of each Guide.
Does the venue have to be a luxury property?
No. The most important thing is that it offer a degree of privacy and the ability to work with the F&B team to create dining experiences. It's also important to match the venue with the culture of the organization and attendees.
Is this an African Safari?
If you want it to be, YES! The Guides are seasoned travelers and would love to take this event to the African Bush or any destination in the world you desire.
Do you offer the Leadership Leap for individuals?
