MARA PAPATHEODOROU is a nationally established Tastes & Traditions Expert, who has interpreted the cuisine and experienced the culture of over 70 countries. As a 12-year Editor at BON APPETIT Magazine, Mara scouted and produced the Entertaining with Style section that highlighted how real people entertain around the country and abroad and was Travel Editor of their keepsake International Editions. Mara now consults with food, travel and event companies and has earned the moniker of Master Foodie Mara. On cruise lines, she lectures and presents a Sail, Sip & Savor Series highlighting the history of cuisine and culture in ports worldwide. As a specialist, she develops tastings, promotional campaigns and culinary corporate events which include creating Table Journeys, hosting conversations, demos and chefs’ interviews. Mara has produced stories about Wolfgang Puck, Gordon Ramsey, Thomas Keller, Maneet Chauhan, Jet Tila, Susan Feniger and Cat Cora. 


Before BON APPETIT , Mara lived in London for 12 years where she was a columnist & editorial producer for the European edition of W and HARPERS & QUEEN. Mara attended UCLA, University of Paris La Sorbonne and La Varenne Cooking School. She is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier, the Julia Child Foundation, Cherry Bombe and the International Association of Culinary Professionals.

He is a Principal Consultant with Tecker International, LLC and prior served as executive vice president/CEO of CCIM Institute. Before that, he was global CEO of the Turnaround Management Association.

Greg's leadership experience includes serving on the ASAE and ASAE Foundation boards, Association Media & Publishing board (including tenure as president). He serves on the faculty for the ASAE CEO Symposium, ASAE ReadyMe program and is faculty emeritus for the U.S. Chamber's Institute for Organization Management. He was a member of the Chamber’s Association Committee of 100 and was invited to join the ASAE Fellows in 2017.
